Summary: Clean, ample supplies, towels, tissue, soap, shampoo. Accommodating to needs. Clerk came to room to see problem and changed our room promptly.

Summary: Very nice hotel. All of the desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping not so nice. I stayed there for 6 nights. They only do a complete cleaning and sheet change after 4 nights. Ok. Two days, nothing - no clean towels, bed not made. One of those days I had asked for a shower cap to replace mine that was taken the day before and to refill the conditioner bottle in the shower. They did both of those, but nothing else.

Summary: The staff was amazing. The lobby was pretty but the room was GROSS. We had a wet towel in the tub when we walked into the room. There was crusty stuff on the shower curtain and the room curtain. When I had to ask for extra towels and wash rags they sent me up pool towels and a smaller towel… and a few were dirty. It was gross and we put that to the side. When we went down to the pool it was dirty. Hair balls and trash around the pool and either toilet paper or paper towels were floating all over the pool. The couch had stains too. Again- the staff was great but the place was gross. I assumed since it was a Hilton hotel it would’ve been cleaner.

Summary: The front desk people are really nice. Nice restaurant and bar. Rooms weren’t cleaned at its best. Hair in the tub and sink. Tissue box had inches of dust. Dust on the desk as well. I also left a 10 dollar tip for a day and a half stay and left my jacket in the closet. I was told housekeeping will call me, never happened. That was disheartening as well. I hope they enjoy my jacket and 10 bucks

Summary: Staff wasn’t too friendly, some of the rude, the lady at the breakfast area, was very rude to me, I explained I paid for my breakfast it was included with my room and she was trying to make me pay for it, also the way she spoke to me was with an attitude the whole time for no reason. I Did not like that.
